This range of over 20 different designs and sizes provides cost effective solutions to both short life product presentation or indeed solutions for cases holding product for resale. Because the construction is blow moulded they have both an inner and outer wall with a 5mm air gap in between providing lightness and strength. Tailored insides can be provided using a range of foams either with or without brushed nylon facings or plastazote. On very large quantities the inner wall can be moulded resulting in the saving in material and any additional work as it fully unitises that inner wall and it is moulded at the same time as the outer case. For this latter option a tool cost is required.
